| Lane's Moving and Storage is a full service moving company that has always specialized in local and long distance moving. Over the years, the company has expanded into warehousing, records storage and transfer of material serving clients in all 50 states as well as internationally. We are proud to be an agent for Allied Van Lines, the largest moving network in the world.
Lane's was founded on April 1, 1974 by Dick and Janet Lane. Dick started in the moving business after his discharge from the U.S. Navy in 1962. For 14 years, he worked for moving companies in all capacities and gained experience in all facets of the moving industry. At the time of incorporation, Lane's had 4 trucks and 6 employees.
Over the years, the company has grown and all of Dick's sons, Todd , Jeff and Mike, have joined him in the operations. Lane's has grown to 26 employees and 22 trucks and we pride ourselves in providing excellent and reliable service with integrity. Our trained employees, our fleet of modern and reliable equipment and our 85,000 square feet of warehousing provide us with the assets and equipment we need to meet your moving and other needs.
